Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including use by team members, automation scripts, or integrated tools.

Users below the legal age for digital services in their region may not use the service without consent from a parent or guardian.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the service for learning, creation, research, coding, analysis, customer support, and other lawful workflows.

You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malware-related, safety-bypassing, mass-surveillance, or restricted-content activities.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, rent, exceed rate limits, interfere with service stability, or bypass credits, billing, and access controls.

Inputs, outputs, and AI results

As between you and Aetheris, you retain rights to your inputs. You authorize us to process them to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use AI-generated outputs, but you are responsible for evaluating accuracy, legality, fitness for purpose, and possible third-party rights.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inconsistent with your expectations, and should not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

Third-party models and integrations

Aetheris may aggregate third-party models, tools, payment, storage, or analytics services. Some features may be affected by third-party terms, limits, or availability.

We work to keep model routing stable, but model capabilities, prices, latency, context windows, and content policies may change as providers update their services.

Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans, subscriptions, enterprise credits, or one-time token packs are governed by the prices, validity periods, and included benefits shown at purchase.

Except where required by law or explicitly stated on the purchase page, consumed credits and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable.

If payment fails, promotions are abused, terms are violated, or security risks are present, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to related services.

Service changes and termination

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features to improve the experience, meet compliance obligations, or maintain security and reliability.

You may stop using the service or request account closure. We may also suspend or terminate service if you violate these terms, create risk, or if required by law.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Any total liability is limited to the amount you paid Aetheris in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through page notices, in-app notices, email, or other reasonable methods.
